outrun-theme-vscode's Issues

[Feature Request] Javascript: Italicize more words

Feature Request:

Currently, certain javascript keywords aren't italicized (this, super, extends). Could outrun be updated to support them?

screen shot 2018-06-30 at 11 44 45 am

For example, the "RED" theme does this correctly(except extends)

p.s Found your theme on reddit. Great job :)

Font & icon template choice

Thank you very much for the outstanding theme, I'm really enjoying using it!
I was wondering which font and icons template you are using on the screenshots, they seem to fit brilliantly with the theme :)

Improve syntax highlighting

In response to #2 and #3 , the syntax highlighting can definitely use some improvement, specifically in JavaScript and Markdown.

The goal of this issue is to clean up/improve the syntax highlighting while maintaining the synthwave aesthetic and avoiding making the theme too colorful.

By version 0.3.0, the goal is to have full support for the following languages:

  • Ruby
  • Python
  • PHP
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • CSS/Sass
  • Markdown

Suggestion theme improvement

This options to widget/suggestion is good too:

    "workbench.colorCustomizations": {
        "editorSuggestWidget.background": "#161130",
        "editorHoverWidget.background": "#161130",
        "editorSuggestWidget.selectedBackground": "#0C0A20",
        "editorSuggestWidget.border": "#0C0A20",
        "editor.lineHighlightBackground": "#0C0A20",
    },

image

And this turquoise in functions:

 "editor.tokenColorCustomizations": {
        "[Outrun Night]": {
            "functions": "#00FFF1"
        }
    },

image

I can PR if you accept ;)

High Contrast & Light themes

Based on reviews on the marketplace, I plan on making the current Outrun theme a high contrast version, making the default a "less intense" (lower contrast) version of what it currently is. I suppose it only makes sense to create a light version as well. Here's what that will look like:

  • Outrun Night: A less intense version of current Outrun theme
  • Outrun Night (High Contrast): Current version of the theme
  • Outrun Day: Outrun Theme on a light background with some adjustments

Wallpapers

Hi there @samrap o/

I'm curious to know what the wallpaper on theme screenshots looks like.
Can you share it, please? ๐Ÿ˜Š

Thanks!

Highlight more in JS

Hi, first of all I would like to say that I loved your theme!
The colors are awesome!

If possible, can you make function names declarations this keyword, decorators declarations and objects attributes of js, vue, ts, tsx, jsx files to be highlighted?

Currently in a vue file, your theme behave like below

In ts files, your theme behave like below
