I haven't been able to determine the source of this error, but when transitively loading multiple files, such as for site-index.html.pm and sitemap.xml, when there are duplicate work IDs in multiple .pm files, the build fails. This didn't used to happen. This seems to be a new behaviour relating to pollen or racket's caching.

To protect against duplicate works, I will have to wrap the calls to declare-work and cite with versions that prepend the source file name. This will avoid duplication of work IDs. There may be a duplication of short-forms, but I would have to be okay with that.

Distinguish between bibliography-type entries, note-type entries. Track multiple mentions of a single source in an article and use ibid / supra. Be consistent about using Chicago for everything except for cases and legislation, which will use McGill.

Idea: have this use a template that fetches the explicit pagetree from index.ptree using pollen's (get-pagetree) and build the XML source.

Header, footer, article, section, aside, etc.

Too much is duplicated in how titles/authors/dates are delcared and rendered. They should only need to be declared once.

I'm looking at options for implementing footnotes, and I think I'd like to use what you have. I don't see a license anywhere, though. Am I free to use it?

Long margin notes take up too much space. Turn these into snippets with a way to expand them.

Actually render both to HTML, but hide one or the other depending if we are in screen mode or print mode. Make notes turn into footnotes when printing.

Links are a very frequent tag in my source code. I want to use the more simple and readable markdown for simple link creation.
