In 6cd4d4c you removed the checkpoints directory from the repo - good call! But it is still in git history, so it slows down every operation with this repository, especially git clone

I recommend using this script to delete it from history entirely:

cd path/to/this/repo
git pull
wget https://gist.githubusercontent.com/braitsch/6500890/raw/518dd949db7b099f7735851c09a930943c255424/Git%2520Purge -o purge.sh
chmod a+x purge.sh
./purge.sh checkpoints
git push --force

It would be useful to have a copy mechanism in place no just for the variable names, but for literals as well. This could be used to copy literals from input output examples: for instance, Fizz, Buzz and FizzBuzz
