Add Torrent search script

Hello!

I want to add a Python script which is able to search (scrape) multiple Torrent-sites in parallel.

Search can be filtered e.g. by minimum number of seeders or category. The results are formatted in JSON, so it can also be integrated in an web-application.

This contribution is done as part of Hacktoberfest ๐Ÿ˜„
