The project is based on a tea factory management system. Currently, the management system of the factory is handling records, details and calculations poorly using the manual process of book-keeping. Through this developed system, the factory will be able to automate processes like managing employee details, attendance, supplier details, vehicle records, inventory, leaf stock details, final auction stock details, calculating employee salary, supplier payments, vehicle service cost. And also, the factory outlet will be able to handle their stock and sales without an extra effort. The system was developed using Python language and Django framework. As this system is a web-based system the client can access to the system anywhere through internet. This is an additional advantage to the client, so that the client is always updated about the processes running in the factory and outlet. So decisively by automating the management system, the productivity and effectiveness of the factory increase systematically.
