Influx2CSV

The BD Influx flow cytometer sorter stores the index data (well positions) of a sort in the .fcs file. This script batch exports this information to a .csv file.

An R script to batch export data from Aria .fcs files.

index_overlay

Unreliable

Using the +/-2 per data frame technique is slow and cannot cope with a +/-3, if it ever appears. I must come up with a better solution.
