This ticket is meant for updating the old JWT validation code. Instead of writing JWT validation in each controlled with JOI.validate, create a validation middleware to handle all the validation.

The aim of this ticket is to put config values in environment specific config files. The idea is to use a library for managing config e.g. config.js or dotenv.js npm.

We are using joi and celebrate as schema validator and the ticket is aimed at making some improvement so that we could create a global level middleware for schema validation and instead of writing the Joi.validate() each time in the controlled, the idea is to abstract out the logic with a configuration. :)
