Unable to parse LAYOUT property of Measurements

parser is not complete

As noted in my pya2l issue, the .proto files do not fully match with the .g4 grammar.

When editing the A2L.proto to add a layout property to measurements and rebuilding a2l-grpc, the go code will have the type correctly defined and can create ASTs with measurement layouts.

But interestingly both parsing TreeFromA2L and A2LFromTree will omit any measurement layout in the parsing results.

Add support for Mac OS

To be able to use a2l-grpc on Mac OS, the backend should be compiled for this platform. Currently only Windows and Linux are supported.

Preferably both Intel and ARM platforms should be supported. ARM platform is newer and has priority over the Intel platform.

Add support for ARM Linux

I would like to use this library on a RaspberryPi like board, but I'm unable to, because currently only the amd64 files are generated for Linux. Ideally we would have an arm and an arm64 .so file.
