Implement a build process

Scaffold out an initial working Angular app using Webpack.

This would also entail, structuring out the basic skeleton of directories / files across the entire project, including Redux, Router, Babel, Eslint, Unit Testing, Functional Testing, etc..

Or, if time is of the essence, then fallback to using a CLI scaffolding generator.

Implement Image Editing component

The component should allow a user to locally upload, crop, and save cropped image data onto the Redux state tree.

Implement Drag and Drop component

Component should allow user to load many (ideally 100+) draggable sub-components (i.e. packshots), and be dragged from one dropzone to another, all the while updating the Redux state tree.
