Hi,
I would like to request an example script to simulate a root ncRNA sequence that has covarying nucleotides. If PhyloSim is not the best tool for that, then maybe take the output of another tool as input to just simulate the tree family in PhyloSim.

I would like to request an example script to simulate a sequence that will recursively accept insertions of the same template roughly at the center of the sequence, and those inserted sequences will incur in more insertions from the same template recursively.
