6mm hole 4.5" on center

When downloading the .zip file, several subfolders contain a .zip file with that folder's files. For example "Eye Shield V1" contains a "Eye Shield.zip" file that has another copy of "Eye Shield V1". Not sure if this is intentional--possibly for easy sharing?

Is it possible to design a file for a clip that would clip the fabric or filter in place, rather than having to use a rubber band? The groove that is already there, could serve as part of the retention mechanism. Just a thought. Thank you.

I'm having trouble viewing the .dxf files, is it possible to get .svg for laser cutting?

Having trouble getting the pad inserts in with the current hole sized. Have to ream the forehead pad with a 1/8" drill bit and a 13/16th one for the side pads.

Could we just integrate the pads into the design? Would make printing and remove the assembly step and risk of breaking during assembly.

Ai file of face shield frame please

The pieces all meet specs. The big issues are that the design doesn't give any room for the tolerance. The cap and the pipe it fits into are both 16mm diameter. As well while I can remove the interior supports, it's not pretty and I worry regarding any loose material that might end up stuck in there that could break free while in use

Hey team, we're looking to see if you have a cut sheet for this? We just want to double check the height and width to make sure we are scaling this appropriately. It looks like the original file is in mm.

STL files are loading as approx 550mm (21 inches) long. What are correct dimensions?

for example I don't really know fusion 360 so I can't really create it
