Cookie expiration

I don't know if it's on purpose but the cookie expiration is set as a session cookie. Browsers define when the "current session" ends and at least on Android it happens constantly.

Banner "glitches" on callback

Also, when using the component, whenever I hit refresh, the cookie banner comes and goes swifty (as if it glitches). Maybe you can improve it so that after accepting or rejecting, it does not load and show glitches.
