Describe the bug
Can't install it in 2.81. Installation from zip nor placing the folder in the scripts/addons won't get it to show up in the prefs addons list.

Cannot install the addon, I get the following message

I tried the other version on my Blender 2.82, it actually does install but it never shows up in my tools inside of the UV editor.

Your help will be greatly appreciated, this addon looks amazing and it will make my life so much easier.

Error is thrown when running Blender from command line.

Warning: 'extra_image_list.image_list' doesn't contain 'UL' with prefix & suffix
Warning: class QMM_Preferences contains a property which should be an annotation!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Blender from terminal
2. Error shows after Blender has loaded.
