Implement a report that displays the amount of bucks each User has.

Format to be defined..

The process for assigning bucks should be as follows:

1- User assigns a recognition buck to a peer
2- The buck is saved with pending status
3- An admin User should authorize the recognition buck.
4- The buck is updated to approved status.

how to reproduce:
1- run cucumber tests (tests are green)
2- run cucumber tests again (some tests are broken)

Refactor and fix tests as necessary. Tests should always pass regardless of how many times we run them.

I should be able to Login using credentials.
There will be 2 types of Users: Normal and Admin user.
Seed DB with 2 sample users.

Normal users:

• After login they see the index page.

Admin users:

• After login they see the index page with option to manage Users.

Use this gem:

Create MVC Stack for Bucks

User:

• Each user has many Bucks
• User can only give a maximum of 25 bucks per semester
• User can only give a maximum of 10 bucks per month

Bucks:

• Each Buck belongs to a User
• description
• status
• value

Create, list, update, delete users.

Configure project to use postgresql instead of sqlite.
