Rumble for the rest of the buttons about wiicoverflow HOT 6 CLOSED

I added a setting value in r166 to turn this on or off

no gui yet; but the setting is there... (SETTING_rumble) 0=off 1=on

you didn't look hard enough ;-)

All the buttons on the game load and game settings panel needed some bump.
