Currently, if there's no memory in the pool, it will use new T[] and allocate an array. Provide a resize capability to address it.

Possible implementation:

• use generational approach
• use the padding long from the leasing for next generations (adding offset of the generation to the leasing index mask), which would give space for 7 generations
• use 2^n scaling as linear grow is not enough

Would need to call GCHandle.Alloc(memory, GCHandleType.Pinned) on the array to use this method.

(Presumably in constructor saving the result to call .Free() in Dispose() on the result)
