cannot use 'pip install BlockSci' because BlockSci is not supported on windows operating system

The basic project structure should be created with proper dependency & build management tools in place

For example consider a user who wants to know the details of the block, it is not clear where the user has to click to get the details of the block. So adding a View button after the hash of the block on the home page which directs the user to the details of the block.
