OK, so using this and assuming things don't change too much here are the non lean trump states that lead to a < 1% trump win:

FL
NC
GA
IA

anything redder than these (GA, TX, OH) is also <1% trump win

And here are the pairs, not including above (dropping reversed pairs):

AZ + PA
AZ + WI
AZ + MN
AZ + NH
WI + PA

One could just analyze every bingo card and see that every bingo on it meets these criteria. Would be nice to also make sure that for most biden wins there is a bingo ("What if winning meant bingo?"), but that's a harder problem, I think.
