Removal of parameters in templates not working

Due to the way the ha-updater handles parameters a removal of parameters in the cfn-template is not working correctly.
_merge_stack_parameters in stack.py will merge the given parameters with the ones from the existing stack. Unfortunately AWS will complain if additional parameters are given.

A solution could be to either check the parameter section of the new template and remove any superfluous parameter or to just use the parameter given.

A caveat of this issue is the impossibility to revert parameters to the cfn-template default.
