Starting on March 18, 2014, we're giving version numbers to releases of Fargo Templates. Makes it easier to refer to updates in the check-in summaries. The first version is 0.40.

Fixes and tweaks for the stream template after the big changes in 0.48.

New version of stream template for Fargo 1.59.

We now set the title for deep-linked pages to the title of the article that was cited.

Added support for #streamTextFrameColor to the startup routine in the stream template script code. See this blog post for more info.

Because #backgroundImage is now always defined, code in the outline template must look for it existing but being empty. Also added Twitter and Facebook metadata to the stream template, following the example of the medium template.

Minor fixes and tweaks to the stream template.
