I found that on YouTube the method of keeping track of which videos have been watched was very lacking, and this is something I'd like to be able to take control of in subhub.

One problem with YouTube was that the greyed out 'watched' overlay only appears for a fairly small (one day?) amount of time before disappearing, making it mostly useless. This is easily fixed by making it permanent.

I'd also like to be able to take control of the 'watched' thing, I should be able to say when I've watched a video, not just have YouTube decide that I have when I reach halfway through the video. I'm not sure how to approach this from a UI point of view.
