Install the insomnia-plugin-disable-cookies plugin from Preferences > Plugins.
Cookies will not be sent by setting a DISABLE_COOKIES to true in environment variable.

Not sure if I am setting this incorrectly. But I am still getting cookies being set after making a request.
I have set the DISABLE_COOKIES: true in both Base and Sub environment variables to no avail.
