Solutions are either
- document this properly, explaining how to get a key or how to disable the coverage upload. also note how the key also needs set for
dependabotPRs - work out a way to disable the coverage upload by default.
- set the action to not fail on coverage upload failure, but still fail on test failure
Probably a combo of the three if possible.
EDIT
adding the continue-on-error: true option to the section that does the upload should fix this, needs testing.
