- Scale by 500 (s500) and (g) move start of track just below origin
- Enter edit mode and select all
- Select extrude tool and click and drag
- While dragging, type 30 to extrude 30 units
- Enter object mode and select the track
- Move -15 units in z (gz-15)
- Select all and apply all transformations (command-a)
- Rename track mesh to
