Create file ./extends/ci-cd.yml

Add default file set for:

• Gitlab (Gitlab CI)
• Github
• Bitbucket
• CircleCI
• Jenkins
• Drone CI
• Travis CI
• TeamCity
• Bamboo
• Buddy
• Codeship
• GoCD
• Wercker
• Semaphore
• Nevercode
• Spinnaker
• Buildbot

In the code now there is a presets like ${{PascalCase}}, etc...

Need to create a param for custom checks, that might be used the same way.

Example

regexpPatterns:
  MyOwnCheck: [0-9]\.[a-z]

root:
  - name: /^${{MyOwnCheck}}\.ams$/
    type: file

Make it possible to extend rules not only by path, but also via URL.

It must support cache, and cache clean up.

Now:

extends: ../configs-repo/project-lint/rules.yml

# or

extends:
  - ../configs-repo/project-lint/rules.yml

Expected:

extends: https://configs.local/project-lint/rules.yml

# or

extends:
  - https://configs.local/project-lint/rules.yml

Now there is a folder with the possible extends: node.yml

Make this available not by a path, but by a name.

Now:

extends: ./node_modules/@seitbekir/project-lint/extends/node.yml

# or

extends:
  - ./node_modules/@seitbekir/project-lint/extends/node.yml

Expected:

extends: node

# or

extends:
  - node

Or better solution?
