Improve perfs

Perf is still an issue...

Slow first loading due to free Azure plan and fast stand by.

Issue

Due to bad HackerNews API implementation loading top 10 news takes too much time. In fact, for each page we proced 11 HackerNews API request 1 to get top news id and 10 others to get top 10 details (link, title, author, score).

Reproduction

Open https://blhackernews.azurewebsites.net page and wait 3-4 seconds (way too much right ?)

Resolution

Implement server side cache to avoid useless calls to HackerNews API.
