Great project, a few comments having tested it

Be good to turn off physics simulation on the hands when not close to a grabbable object or change them so they're less elastic (try waving your hands around and the fingers wave around like they're rubber)
On grabbing items when not using fixed poses the collisions seem a bit off such that the hands intersect with the items you pick up unnaturally (try a beer bottle).
Actually looks a little nicer with baked lighting rather than lumen
Some sort of warning about missing FMod banks on loading in editor

Cool project but unable to test

Looks cool, but i couldn't test it because of extreme shaking of image. Feel very sick after half minute of playing
My hardware: HTC VIVE Pro Eye, Intel i7-12700K, NVIDIA RTX A5000
