Parallelized encryption/decryption causes a memory leak

Right now, there is a 50% chance that the overall memory consumption will be the sum of all the files that are being encrypted/decrypted when using parallelized processing.

While setting the heap to a given limit effectively fixes this bug, I need to find out why it is there in the first place.

When removing the GUI, about 200MiB are freed for some reason.
