Pipes which have source.type = embedded should not be converted

upload command uploads the profile file to the node as variables, however, download command does not download it to the profile file.

There is a new file called CODEOWNERS that does not seem to belong in this open source repo.

It has been added without any approval and without making a pull request.

Now that the formatting of the config happens in the client I'd like us to see if we can change the formatting of the list of datasets used in a merge pipe. In big global pipes this list can be >30 datasets making it a pain when doing merges in git.

The cli could get a new command, init for example, that will create a folder structure that is needed to successfully use the cli.
