awesome's Issues

background path

Both themes/default/theme.lua and rc.lua is referring to the background themes/default/bg.png. However, the file doesn't exist. I suppose it should be themes/default/background.png.

Vicious error

awesome

I get an error if I start awesome. Unfortunately I am new to arch linux and awesome and don't really know what to do. I made a screenshot of the error.

bg.png is a symbolic link to your own folder.

"bg.png" in the default theme folder points to /home/setkeh/.config.... . This prevents the file from being found if the username is different, and causes an error. There should probably be a file instead of the symbolic link.

error on awesome 3.5.6

Hi, thanks for your effort. I am using Ubuntu 14.04 with Awesome 3.5.6. I got an error "module 'vicious' not found". From the error, it seems that it is looking for a file vicious.lua but it your files I only see a vicious directory.
