In 1.13 custom traits are listed in the help.
description= is shown in the mouseover, and as fallback in the help if there is no help_text=. This does look bad for the Elementals traits, because they have no text, which means they end up with an empty help page.
A text should be added using the new help_text= for ruby, emerald, sapphire, diamond & amethyst (but no description=)
The obedient trait could make use of help_text= too, so the long text is not shown in mouseover.
Optionally, some text could be added to other traits as well.

A reminder for me: switching to new staff sounds at some point

I have asked IPS for help, there should soon be changes available.
