1. API.AI Agent: Create an account on API.AI and import or restore the agent in part1/weather-step1.zip, part2/weather-step2.zip, or part3/weather-step3.zip for your agent (or create a new one)
2. For parts 2 and 3 set the fulfillment URL to the URL of the server on which this sample will be hosted
3. Get a WWO API key, by going to https://developer.worldweatheronline.com/api/ and following the instructions to get an API key that includes forecasts 14 days into the future. Paste your API key in wwoApiKey on line 19 of index.js in part 2 and WWO_API_KEY on line 28 of config.py in part 3
