Example: I want to change lines in emacs with inner wheel, right now, sometimes it scrolls, sometimes not, so it is kind of unreliable. This is the only missing part of this driver. If the inner wheel would work precisely, it would be perfect for linux.

Ok, the windows driver had some other useful features like speed change based on how far you turn the outer wheel, this is missing here, but the non-working inner wheel is a bigger showstopper, from my perspective. Thanks anyway for sharing your work.
