Make the introduction with basic explanation as much simple and understandable as it can be.
Leave all the rest as docs section.

Extend any routine with custom stages, create routine with more than defafult stages and create custom routine.

At all methods let to pass one stage as a string.

Combine customStages and payloadAndMeta in one reduce and call it rest and use it next like

      result[nameSpace] = getCreator(method).apply(null, [nameSpace, ...rest]);

remove useless packages

New security dependencies updates.

maybe add createExtendedRoute() and createCustomRoutine()
look at afitiskin/redux-saga-routines#56

Add to the docs example about null or undefined argument:

const routine = createCustomRoutine(PREFIX, ['SOME_LONG_TYPE'], null, {
      someLongType: () => someLongTypeMeta,
});

After #24 will be done it can be renamed to extend-routines.
