Add s390x support for minikube-ingress-dns:0.0.2 docker image

docker image gcr.io/k8s-minikube/minikube-ingress-dns:0.0.2 is not supported on s390x architecture.

minikube version: v1.25.1
arch : s390x

kubectl logs kube-ingress-dns-minikube  --namespace=kube-system
standard_init_linux.go:228: exec user process caused: exec format error

docker run --name test_dns -it gcr.io/k8s-minikube/minikube-ingress-dns:0.0.2 /bin/bash
WARNING: The requested image's platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/s390x) and no specific platform was requested

Tried building image at https://github.com/sharifelgamal/minikube-ingress-dns

git clone https://github.com/sharifelg
amal/minikube-ingress-dns.git
cd minikube-ingress-dns
 docker build app/dns-server -f app/dns-server/docker/nodejs/Dockerfile --tag minikube-ingress-dns_0.0.2

able to build and run above image on s390x.

Need to update docker manifest for gcr.io/k8s-minikube/minikube-ingress-dns:0.0.2 to add s390x as target architecture. Thanks !

Bug when ingress definition doesn't contain rules

Currently running into an issue when no rules are defined in an ingress (just a default backend).

Example ingress:
