An App Engine application to help manage a lab of Compute Engine instances.

Currently all IP addresses are hardcoded to an arbitrary value. This will be updated to retrieve the external IP address for each instance from GCE using the REST API and store the value in memcache for reference by the individual running the lab.
Currently models and views are both in views.py.
Is settings.json required? If not update gce.py and remove, if it is then update to more appropriate default settings.
Change download destinations to match new project structure.
Need to disable button on successful call.
