Math.sqrt probel
Math.sqrt is slow and causing lgv to slow down drastically.

m <= M/2 problem
It seems that when M is 3, m becomes 1.
This has serious problems as the tree height doesn't shrink when rects are deleted.
- Option 1: So, changing "m = Math.ceil(M/2) - 1" to "m = Math.ceil(M/2) "
making this change seems to fix the problem and seems to shrink the tree when M = 3. - Option 2: I can hard code when M = 3, m = 2.
