Only provide the relevant instructions based on the configuration provided by the mods. Also break the command keys up into multiple keys so they're easier to cohesively combine

Hi, I regularly play in the "r/Splatoon" discord where this bot is used. It would be really convenient to be able to rename a voice channel since we may switch modes (or even for more trivial reasons like typos) when playing for long sessions. Seems redundant to have to remake the channel, and if you don't include the gamemode in the name you get a lot of people joining asking what mode you're running e.t.c.
I don't see the rationale behind the restriction anyway, may I ask what that is?
