We might have some intermediate steps which should not (because as such they don't make sense) be possible to run from cli, only specified as dependencies.

Some of the tasks, because of their configurability will have a lot of arguments. To avoid confusion and playing around with optional / required parameters, let's create a TaskFactory which, based on passed array, will create Task objects.

As in this gist it is possible, using reflection, to check constructor parameter names and optionality. Hence key of the arrays passed to the factory would need to match param names.

It should throw an exception whenever a required parameter is not passed.
