Something along the lines of

DELETE FROM kombu_message WHERE timestamp < ':month_ago:'

to run once per week or such.

It has been many years since the testimonials have gotten the care they deserve, some of those companies are outright gone now. Best to just remove them.

• Port to Python 3
• Update dependencies (make piprot or equivalent)
• Make sure local dev environment works
• Check git history for any old hardcoded secrets/keys

Reports that have no recipients should not be included in the send_all task.
