前端发送请求无法获得响应

has been blocked by CORS policy:

No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
前端8080端口占用,所以操作系统默认分配的是8082, 这里为什么会报, 无法跨域访问的错呢.
