File permission about vessel HOT 3 CLOSED

Vessel create a file and the owner is the root user. But I use other user then root.

This is related to an issue who's fix is in the latest code but isn't yet released (will be soon!).

One thing you can do is grab the latest from dev-master:

    composer remove shipping-docker/vessel
    rm -rf docker*
    rm vessel
    composer require shipping-docker/vessel:dev-master
    # Then continue on as normal to re-install

Please get the latest release as described above (From dev-master as shown above) and rebuild your images before trying again as shown here: https://vessel.shippingdocker.com/docs/updating-resetting/
