Add filter capabilities beyond the simple search

On an invalid file loading so loading a grant file in teaching prompt the user if they want to switch to the appropriate tab.

When an invalid file is selected to load, or a wrong .csv file type to be loaded. A dialog pops up that lets you switch the tab or wrong csv file type

Hello All:

As per the customer's presentation yesterday in the class, they desire a system installation guide which all have produced already and a user's guide to make the system easy to use. Accordingly, I have added these two items in Deliverable 5 specification.

Here is the relevant text which I would greatly appreciate it if you would kindly take note of in your packaging for Deliverable 5:

System Installation Guide: Simple to understand and follow instructions on how to install the system, giving platform requirements.
User Guide: Imagine writing a step-by-step guide for a non-specialist. Show screenshots to make it easy to understand how to use the system and what results the system produces. Consider writing several key scenarios and then showing, using screenshots, the execution of these scenarios.

If the user attempts to upload an invalid file type such as pdf of docx, it should show up a warning and ask user to upload a csv file. Through file > load tab above.

Publications_expanded.csv has some differently named columns from the other Publications csv file. For example the "Role" column is not called "Role" but "Role *" and "Status Date" is "Status Date *". So this files gives an error when loaded. Removing the " *" at the end of these column names fixes this issue. This issue does not seem to appear in the other "expanded" csv files.

This issue appears as of b7758a8 with the validation check for the columns. Prior to this the mandatory columns were not being validated and the Publications_expanded.csv opens without error.

This problem does not appear on some of the other _expanded csv files.

In MainWindow::checkFile() there should be a sanity checker that checks whether the correct number of columns are present for that input type, and whether mandatory columns are present by verifying the column headings.

When a csv is loaded, and we can view it's members in the list.

We want to give users the option of editing a selected row/textbox.

Allow user to edit ALL text fields when CSV is loaded.

This is before the CSV is imported. This is during when the system finds erroneous errors.
