Having issues running with alexa app server
Add images to cards
Currently the images from Akinator are only available via http, whereas images of cards need to be available via https. We'd need a proxy for the images.
Make finding the active Akinator endpoint more robust
The Akinator API urls are in the format of http://api-<lang><number>.akinator.com/... where <lang> is the locale and <number> probably the number of the server. It's possible that the number changes and if it does, currently the locale files need to be adapted. To make it more robust, the skill should find the active server by itself.
