UniDive Project This is a web application that is a one-stop solution for students. It provides information about universities in Indiana. It is built using ReactJS, a popular JavaScript library for building user interfaces. Java Springboot framework is used for backend and MongoDB is used for creating the database.

Getting Started To get started with this project, you will need to have Node.js installed on your computer. Once you have Node.js installed, you can follow these steps:

Clone this repository to your local machine. Open a terminal and navigate to the project directory.

Starting the Client: Run npm install to install the required dependencies. Run npm start to start the development server. Open a web browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000 to view the application.

Starting the server: To start Backend server, springboot application called UnidiveApplication.java must be run.

Dependencies This project uses the following dependencies:

React: A JavaScript library for building user interfaces. Spring Boot: It is a framework that is used to create standalone, production-grade Spring-based applications quickly and easily. RESTful APIs and CRUD are used. MongoDB: It is a document-oriented NoSQL database that stores data in flexible, JSON-like documents, making it easy to store and query data. React Router: A library for routing in React applications. ReactDOM: A package that serves as the entry point of the DOM-related rendering paths. HashRouter: A type of router in React Router that uses the hash portion of the URL to keep track of your application's state. Home, Dashboard, About, Service, Pricing, FinancePage, LegalPage, Faq, Contact, ErrorPge, and UnexpectedError: These are components that make up the different pages of the application.

Pages The following pages are available in the application:

Dashboard: A dashboard that displays all university information for logged in users. About: Displays general information about the mission and goal of UniDive. Service: Displays information about the different services offered by UniDive. Pricing: Displays information about the pricing of different subscription plans offered by UniDive. FinancePage: Displays general financial information related to the universities and F1 Visa. LegalPage: Displays legal information that the students should be aware of. Faq: Displays frequently asked questions about UniDive. Contact: Displays contact information of the UniDive team. ErrorPge: Displays a custom error page for any unknown route. UnexpectedError: Displays a custom error page for unexpected errors.
