When I run the command !python3 manage.py in Google Colab it gives the following message

The above error was more prominent when i uploaded images in the UI and try to run the submit button, the yolo doesnt seem to work on it while the setup and the code seemed right but the above error is always there.

What are the requirements?
Can you please add the requirement .txt file?
