Description of issue

The World Codex sidebar lacks styling, and creates a situation where users can no longer click anything else in the article except the world codex, and also cannot close the codex.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

• The World Codex should be closeable
• The codex should be themed to match the rest of GalaxyAnvil
• The codex popup should not block clicking other parts of the screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the World Codex hamburger on the left side of any article

Description of issue

The [h4][/h4] tags in alert boxes are no longer styling into the title bars on the left. This appears to only be affecting the GalaxyAnvil theme, and still works with the inline theme.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

The tags should be styled into the title bar on the left of the alerts as shown below:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an alert box that includes a [h4]Title[/h4] tag, example:

[container:alert alert-primary]
    [h4]TITLE[/h4]
    [p]Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Aliquam dictum mi elementum, volutpat lacus non, faucibus arcu.[/p]
