Update README: binge remove

binge remove dependency -> removes the dependency from the current package.json
binge remove dependency --all -> remoes the dependency from all packages

Travis CI integration

Let's setup Travis CI.
This should be straight-forward, because the test setup binge needs is probably pretty standard for a Node.js tool. @CristovaoHonorato I can't do this, because I'm not project admin.
