  1. Go to Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features>Turn Windows Features on or off>Legacy Components>Enable Direct Play .NET 3.5 Framework support
  2. Install DirectX 9 Runtime from MS on Windows 11 it is not included:
  1. Download Silent Hill 3 ISO from Myabandonware,mount and install:
  1. Download all files in this repository
  2. Extract and copy/paste into the C:\Program Files(x86)\KONAMI\Silent Hill 3
  • Overwrite if necessary 5.To fix the sound launch the fixwavs.bat file to fix sound
  1. Enjoy the game!
