Describe the bug
The elevation mechanism used (Elevate-Privileges SeTakeOwnershipPrivilege) is non standard, depend on the external module take-own.psm1, and is not compatible with Constrained Language Mode.

1. Launch the script

Use a generic elevation mechanism (such as RunAs):

about #Enable Controlled Folder Access and setting to block mode
the script currently has an error, as it trying to enable Controlled Folder with $ture and not with "enable"
